Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file with Voter ID (EPIC) and
Phone Number columns (e.g. Ward33_VOTERS-141.xlsx or
Election.xlsx). The system matches each voter by exact EPIC ID and updates their record
so phone numbers and WhatsApp slip sending work instantly.

Connect your personal WhatsApp to directly transmit Telugu voter slips. Each user has their own isolated session with no cross-user sharing.

Option 1: Link on this Mobile Phone (8-Digit Code)
